By using Publisty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Publisty provides tools to schedule and publish content to social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and websites. You are responsible for the content you publish and must comply with each platform's terms and policies.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must not use the service to publish illegal, abusive, or infringing content. You must maintain valid accounts and credentials for connected platforms. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. Prohibited uses include spam, misinformation, harassment, and infringement of others' rights.

5. SMS/MMS Messaging (Twilio)

Publisty uses Twilio to send and receive SMS and MMS messages. When you provide your phone number and opt in, we may text you to request photos or videos from the job site for social media publishing.

  • Program name: Publisty Content Requests
  • Description: We send text and picture messages to request content from the job site, then create and publish posts to your connected social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and website.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan.
  • Message frequency: We send messages when requesting content from you, typically a few times per week depending on your posting schedule. We may also send replies when you send us content.
  • Support: For questions or help, contact us at support@publisty.com or visit publisty.com.
  • Opt-out: Text STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Text HELP for help or more information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publisty is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
